On past performance
Rodgate is a young company and does not claim a federal performance record it has not earned. Under FAR 15.305(a)(2)(iv) the absence of a record is rated neutral, not unfavorable. What we offer instead is a named owner who is accountable for every contract, and partners whose own records we are glad to put in front of you.
