About
Owner-managed, and it shows
No account layer. No call centre. The person accountable for the work is the person you reach.
Rodgate, LLC, doing business as Rodgate Group, is an owner-operated support services company based in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. We serve federal, state, local and commercial clients across all 50 states, delivered through a nationwide network of vetted subcontractor partners.
The work runs in two families. Facility and property support covers cleaning, grounds, maintenance, repair, the trades, waste and supply. Communications and market services covers advertising, media buying, design, content, video, social, research and translation.
Rodgate performs work in house where we are the right hands for it, and delivers the rest through licensed, insured, vetted partners under Rodgate's contract and Rodgate's management. Either way one company is accountable to you.
Scope is agreed in writing before anyone starts.
We are a small company and we are early. We would rather be the contractor that never surprises you than the one with the longest brochure. That means we claim only the classifications we hold, we list only past performance we can substantiate, and we price once and stand behind it.
